Counseling/Mental Health Specific

LMHC/LMFT Supervision Rates  

Standard service payment accepted through PayPal link here:  

• Individual Supervision Requirements: 2 years LMHC/LMFT clinical supervision (100 weeks) or 2 hours supervision per month (50 hours) +

• 6 month additional LMHC/LMFT clinical supervision contract until you are licensed = 12 hours clinical supervision = $5,000.00  

• Monthly fee: $200.00 with signed and dated supervision log; minimum six month commitment. ($1200.00)  

• Site visits within 50 mile radius of supervisor will hold an additional fee for travel time/mileage ($125.00 per hour)  

• Telephone consultation in addition to regularly scheduled bi-weekly supervision times will be billed at $100. 00 per service hour with a minimum of $50.00 being charged per call.
